Normally, there are two ways of packaging a 3Ds MAX project.
Option 1: From 3Ds MAX > Utilities > More > Resource Collector, which will simply copy all maps used into a folder of your choice.
Don’t forget to include MAX file.
Then copy your scene file to that folder, and upload that folder to shared Google Drive / Dropbox folder.
Option 2: From 3Ds MAX > File > Archive...
You will then have the .archive file, so please extract that file into a folder and upload it to the shared folder named superrenders_username via Google Drive / Dropbox.
Now your file is ready to render at our farm.
